Of course I’m still here

Not that you could see me under this pile of stuff to do……………….
It’s the pointy end of the year, where I smother myself in the work I should have been doing weeks months ago and reporting etc etc.
Meanwhile, lack of sleep and what not has left me with a very nasty looking coldsore.

On a much less self- obsessed note, my thoughts go out to my friend the Robster whose Dad passed away on Sunday. Losing a parent is one of those things you know will happen some time, but you never want it to. His dad was also an old friend of my Mum’s which also brings those feelings home. I was hoping to get to the funeral, but I really don’t think I can get off work.

This week has not been great, the only little ray of sunshine is the new (for me, it’s actually second -hand refurbished) Pocket PC. I’m not quite sure of it’s actual use- I just wanted one and I thought it could be handy for work. It’s neat with a little camera, wi-fi and the rest. It’ll be fun, cos I love gadgets.
