Howard’s brave new industrial world

It’s a sad day, Workchoices has begun. Over the next few weeks, there will be stories of new agreements, dropping conditions, wages, standoff, lockouts and so on.
Over the next few months there will be job losses, forgeign workers, and people saying “Why don’t you do something about it?” I did, I wrote letters, told people, stickered my car, stickered my blog, stood on major roads with placards, and linked to people who knew more than me.
Currently no one cares- they’re all too busy enjoying the good life that 10years of Howards has broght us. Enjoy it, it won’t last long.
Very soon, the middle class will get poorer and the poor will get deperate- and we know where that goes…… welcome to workchoices.
